Questions about delivery & returns.
Orders are packed every other day. It takes 1-2 business days to ship in the Netherlands for your parcel to arrive.
The postal service (POST NL) does not operate over the weekend or public holidays. Keep this in mind when waiting for your parcel to arrive!

Please email me firstname.lastname@example.org in case you have received a faulty or damaged item. From there we will talk about solutions and the costs of returning and to get the payment even.
Please note that the jewellery cannot be worn when returning and all items have to be returned with all of the tags intact. Your items should be in their original packaging. This off course doesn’t apply if there is a fault with your item(s).
You are responsible for returning any item(s), so keep your return ticket untill your return is processed. Returning is for the senders costs but we will get the price of your shipping costs even.
